About The Position
Shorewood Landing is seeking Part Time Nursing Assistants (Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide) for AM, PM, and Short Shifts to join their team. Shorewood Landing is a senior living community located in Shorewood, Minnesota, offering Assisted Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care. The community emphasizes enriching the lives of older adults through a supportive and empowering team environment, guided by Christian Ministry values. PHS, the parent organization, focuses on enabling, empowering, engaging, educating, and inspiring its team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living.
Responsibilities
- Provision of high-quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
