Mainstreet Village is seeking a Nursing Assistants / Home Health Aides join our team. Current opening includes: PT AM (6AM-2PM) Core (22.5 hours per week). Mainstreet Village of Richfield, a housing with services community, provides both independent senior living and assisted senior living. Mainstreet Village offers an attractive, welcoming and vibrant community where residents can choose from a mix of housing options, services and amenities that provide them with as much or as little assistance as they need. This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care.
Requirements
- caregiving experience helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
