Carondelet Village is seeking Caregivers ( Resident Assistant / CNA / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide ) to join our Assisted Living team. Located next to the campus of St. Catherine University, Carondelet Village offers an array of amenities and conveniences and connections to St. Paul's Highland Park area. Many restaurants and shopping areas are conveniently nearby for residents and employees to enjoy. The Carondelet community consists of assisted living, memory care and long-term care offered in partnership between the Sisters of St. Joseph and Presbyterian Homes & Services. This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Long Term Care. Requirements

caregiving experience helpful but not required.
Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
