Harbor Crossing is hiring Nursing Assistants (Resident Assistant / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide) to join the Assisted Living team. Please Note: Every core has a weekend built in. You do not need a CNA to work in Assisted Living. We are currently hiring for these positions. Full Time (1.) AM 6am - 2pm Full Time (.8) PM 2pm - 10pm Part Time (.3) NOC 10pm-6am Harbor Crossing senior living community in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, offers homestyle living with beautiful views of nature along with the convenience of nearby stores and highways for visiting family and friends. Requirements

caregiving experience helpful but not required.
Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
