About The Position

United Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care to patients across a variety of units, supporting their physical, emotional, and daily needs while helping create a safe and welcoming environment. As a Nursing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in each patient’s experience—assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and monitoring vital signs. Whether offering a reassuring presence during difficult moments or responding quickly to a call light, your kindness, attentiveness, and respect help patients and families feel truly cared for. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Completion of a Nurse’s Aide program
Previous hospital or healthcare experience.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support meal service and help maintain proper nutrition
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly
Respond to patient needs with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
