Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training
About The Position
Robertsdale Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is offering an opportunity to participate in Nursing Assistant training courses at no cost to you. We partner with Pathway Clinical Institute to provide outstanding, instructor-led training courses that prepare you for the CNA certification exam and a career in the healthcare field. This is an on-site, supervised training with clinical practice. You will get paid while being trained, and the cost of the training will be covered. Upon passing certification, you will be promoted with increased pay. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a desire and passion to learn and serve in the rehabilitation and healthcare field, in both long-term and short-term care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18-years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Nursing Assistant training courses.
- Undergo on-site, supervised instruction and clinical practice.
- Prepare for the CNA certification exam.
- Serve in the rehabilitation and healthcare field, in both long-term and short-term care.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Treat residents with kindness, dignity, and respect.
