About The Position

Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Float Resident Services Associate to provide care and service to residents across its Ohio communities, following each resident’s individual service plan. The role is based in Twinsburg, Ohio, with travel to Chardon and Cuyahoga Falls as needed; mileage is reimbursed. The associate helps residents with daily care, engages them in conversation and activities, works with the nursing team, and helps maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment. Requirements

Experience and passion in working with seniors.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members.
Good physical and emotional health and freedom from communicable diseases.
Flexibility to travel between Ohio communities as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with care needs, including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
Engage residents through interaction, conversation, programs, and activities.
Work with the nursing team to ensure residents’ care needs are met.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
Assist residents by maintaining resident rooms.
Travel between Ohio Maplewood communities as needed to provide consistent care and service.
