About The Position

Waterstone on Augusta, a Sonida Senior Living community in Greenville, South Carolina, is hiring a Nursing Aide to provide care in an assisted living and memory care community. The role assists residents with daily living and other care needs while promoting self-care, independence, dignity, and respect. The position is full-time, with a night schedule from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Help set up and serve meals and clean up afterward.
• May assist with planning and conducting regularly scheduled resident activities.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
