Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing Required or Bachelor's degree and enrolled in a master's level Nursing program or Bachelor's degree and enrolled in or completed a nurse educator certificate program
Hold an unrestricted license to practice in Indiana.
Previous teaching and/or clinical experience in Pathophysiology.

Nice To Haves

Prefer experience in secondary instruction.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings.
Collaborate with course faculty and work closely with the clinical coordinator.
Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking/reasoning during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clinical agencies.
Monitor student progress with evaluations and grade care plans as assigned.
Provide positive and constructive feedback if needed.
