About The Position

Requirements

• DNP preferred
• Two years, preferred, of full-time teaching experience in a nursing program
• Preparation in teaching and learning principles, pedagogy as defined by the Board of Nursing
• Ability to engage in interdisciplinary teaching, learning, and scholarly collaboration
• Commitment to liberal education, plurality, and social determinants of health in inclusive environments
• Commitment to professional growth and development through engagement in professional organizations, conferences, workshops, and other professional growth activities
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Canvas platforms

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level nursing courses, specifically for Nurse Practitioner programs.
