Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to nursing students, assisting them with understanding nursing concepts and applications
- Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, communicate changes in work schedule in advance
- Conduct small-group tutoring sessions to facilitate collaborative learning among nursing students
- Guide students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and offer strategies for test preparation and academic success in nursing coursework
