About The Position

Valley Health is seeking motivated nursing students who aspire to become Registered Nurses (RNs) and commit to working with us post-graduation. This scholarship program is designed for students enrolled in specific universities who meet academic and program requirements. Successful candidates will receive financial support and gain valuable clinical experience within Valley Health, with the expectation of beginning full-time RN employment with us for two years after completing their studies.

Requirements

• Enrolled at James Madison University, Shenandoah University, or Shepherd University.
• Rising junior in a pre-licensure BSN program (2026–2027).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Complete required semesters per scholarship terms.
• Start full-time RN employment at Valley Health for two years post-graduation.

• Participate in optional clinical rotations or capstone experiences within Valley Health.
