About The Position

Hyannis Country Garden is recruiting for Nursery Laborer. In this role, the successful candidate will assist retail and wholesale customers purchases by providing design ideas, general landscape advice, and excellent customer service. Building productive relationships with customers by directing them to products and solutions is our benchmark. Candidate will develop new ways to improve sales through merchandising, nursery layout and yard maintenance, and most importantly provide a neat, clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to operate equipment including wheel loaders and/or skid steer loaders.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of arithmetic, English language and grammar.

Nice To Haves

• Hoisting license
• Forklift certification
• Ability to obtain credentials within 3 months.
