About The Position

Requirements

Current registered nurse, LVP, or LPN license in good standing in the appropriate state, or the ability to obtain a nursing license in the appropriate state.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in the medical field as a nurse is preferred but not required.
Specialty care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care within the nurse’s scope of practice.
Demonstrate competence in patient assessment, assisting with examinations and procedures, administering medications, and patient education.
Build personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems.
Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Process orders, return patient calls, and notify patients of diagnostic results as directed by the physician.
Document care provided in the patient’s medical record.
