About The Position
Wyndemere Senior Living is seeking a Nurse to join its Nursing Team at its Skilled Nursing Facility in Wheaton. The Nurse will provide assistance and care to residents, including administering and documenting medications, assisting with admission and discharge procedures, communicating residents’ conditions to physicians and family members, and other nursing duties. The role is part-time PM and PRN. Pay is $34–$45 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time employees.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license.
- Desire to provide a high level of care and customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents.
- Respond to residents’ emergency calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure residents are cared for according to established guidelines.
- Follow up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medications administered and care rendered.
- Assist with admission and discharge procedures.
- Communicate residents’ conditions to physicians and family members.
