Nurse, PRN (Grave Shift)
About The Position
Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, INC. (FCCBH) is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our medical team. We have a need for a part-time/ PRN employee who is willing to work over night shifts for our Receiving Center. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The position involves a wide spectrum of services including physical health screening, medication management, medication-assisted treatment when needed, nursing assessments, performing vitals, blood draws and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah
- Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement
- Drug test, background check, and driver’s license are required
