About The Position

Jacksonville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is hiring RNs and LPNs for part-time and PRN nursing opportunities in Jacksonville, Illinois. The role provides safe, compassionate, personalized care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Scheduling is flexible, with opportunities to pick up occasional shifts or work part-time. Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but motivated nurses are encouraged to apply.

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Communicate changes in residents’ condition to appropriate healthcare team members.
• Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
