Requirements

• Current MI Nursing License
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Responsibilities

• Provide home care shift work for a homebound patient on a vent.
• Engage in real conversations and build real connections with patients.
• Work responsibly and independently.
• Travel within the service area.
