About The Position
Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia community in Buffalo, MN, offers a unique opportunity for students interested in a nursing career through partnerships with six colleges. This program provides financial support, up to $11,000 per year, to cover tuition, books, and fees via Minnesota's Dual Training Grant program. Participants will gain valuable hands-on experience in senior care while pursuing their nursing education, earning an industry-recognized credential upon graduation.
Requirements
- Current or incoming nursing students enrolled at one of the partnered schools (Anoka Technical College, North Hennepin Community College, Ridgewater College, St. Cloud Technical & Community College, Pine Technical and Community College, St. Cloud State University)
- Individuals interested in a healthcare career serving older adults
- Students seeking financial support and real-world training
