About The Position
Lakeside Generations, a Cassia community in Dassel, MN, is offering a unique opportunity for students interested in a nursing career through partnerships with six colleges. This program provides financial support and hands-on experience, allowing eligible employees to receive up to $11,000 annually for tuition, books, and fees through Minnesota's Dual Training Grant program. Participants will gain valuable clinical experience in senior care, earn an industry-recognized credential, and graduate with real-world experience.
Requirements
- Current or incoming nursing students enrolled at one of the partnered schools: Anoka Technical College, North Hennepin Community College, Ridgewater College, St. Cloud Technical & Community College, Pine Technical and Community College, St. Cloud State University
- Individuals interested in a healthcare career serving older adults
- Students seeking financial support and real-world training
