Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. This position is a full-time day shift (6AM-2:30PM), 3 weekends per schedule located at New York-Presbyterian\Brooklyn Methodist.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program, with documentation of completion
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
