About The Position
UC Health is hiring a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for the 5th Floor Med Surg unit at West Chester Hospital. The Med Surg Charge Nurse will support West Chester Hospital’s Surgical Med Surg unit at our Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. This unit is a total of 36 beds with ratios ranging from 4 to 6 patients per nurse. Our nurses help with a variety of patient needs with med surg and telemetry.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Experience with telemetry patients
Nice To Haves
- Charge nurse experience
- Experience in a Level III Trauma Center
- Experience in a Magnet-recognized facility
