About The Position

The Nurse Technician provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), assist with dressing changes, and perform treatments and procedures within the scope of your nursing program training and Washington State regulations. You will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for residents while delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an approved nursing program or recent graduate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Physical ability to perform patient care tasks, including manual dexterity
• Must meet Washington State Nursing Technician requirements
• Currently enrolled and in good standing in a commission-approved nursing program or Graduated within the past 30 days, or within 60 days with approved extension
• Must be registered as a Nursing Technician in Washington State
• Current CPR certification required

• Previous experience providing direct patient care preferred

Responsibilities
