About The Position
Hillcrest Firethorn is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Nurse Tech for a part-time evening role in Lincoln, Nebraska. The position supports seniors with daily activities and personal care, helps residents maintain their independence, and contributes to a safe, comfortable environment. The Nurse Tech works alongside nurses and other team members and builds relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Current Nebraska CNA certification.
- Previous caregiving, senior living, or long-term care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, meals, and evening routines.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs with kindness and patience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Work alongside nurses and fellow team members to provide care.
