Central Washington Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing leader to support clinical excellence, guide and mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across our care teams. In this role, the Nursing Supervisor will combine clinical nursing expertise with strong leadership skills to strengthen nursing operations, support staff development, improve patient flow, and promote outstanding patient outcomes in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- WA RN license
- BLS certification
- 3 years of related experience
- Immunizations (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU) prior to start date
- Pre-employment drug screen
