This leadership role is perfect for an LPN or RN who thrives in a hands-on setting and is ready to guide, mentor, and elevate a dedicated nursing team.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond confidently in emergency situations

- Experience with multi-handicapped individuals
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout your shift
- Ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations
- Assist with training, onboarding, and professional development
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct nursing care when needed
