LPN/RN Full Time 3rd Shift
About The Position

Known for our long-tenured staff and supportive, people-first culture, we’re looking for compassionate nurses to become part of our exceptional care team. Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required. Earn up to $38 per hour for Full Time night shift LPN. Earn up to $44 per hour for Full Time night shift RN. Full Time 7p-7a position available. This schedule does require an every other weekend rotation. 1 year of Long Term Care experience required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required.
- 1 year of Long Term Care experience required.
- Active LPN or RN license
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN in Ohio.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support STNA team members
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
- Assist with staff orientation and training
