The Nurse Supervisor for the 3-11 shift in Skilled Nursing will be responsible for the overall nursing care and services during their shift, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
Requirements
- LPN Required
- At least 5 months nursing experience in long term care setting preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
- Administers direct care as necessary.
- Gives and receives shift reports.
- Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident's condition.
- Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
