About The Position
Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide leadership and oversight of their skilled nursing team. Requirements
- Current Indiana RN or LPN license required
- Minimum two years of supervisory nursing experience required
- Knowledge of MDS and care planning processes
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care and/or assisted living experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing leadership
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly
- Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in QAPI activities
- Assist with staff coaching, development, and performance management
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
