Job Purpose: The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the schedule, completing attendance reconciliation and reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Previous scheduling experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Experience with the OnShift scheduling platform preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling and/or timekeeping software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Assist with some payroll processes, including tracking base hours
- Coordinate full-time nursing schedules
- Manage time-off and holiday requests
- Coordinate with nurse staffing agencies as needed
