About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking compassionate and dependable Nurses (RN) to join their team for the Overnight Shift. Nurses at Avenues play a vital role in helping individuals begin recovery in a safe, supportive, and highly structured medical environment. The facility is a 50-bed residential center offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services, with a modern setting and a skilled, dedicated staff including therapists, clinicians, nurses, group facilitators, and behavioral health technicians.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
- Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in behavioral health, detox, med-surg, corrections, LTC, or looking for more meaningful patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
- Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
- Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
- Provide patient education in individual and group settings
