About The Position
UF Health Leesburg Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Cardiovascular Unit. Under the direction of the director, the nurse uses the nursing process to facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulating care plans based on diagnoses, and implementing and evaluating those plans. This is a full-time, day-shift position with three 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Diploma or associate degree.
- Florida Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Leadership skills.
- Maintain or exceed all specialty educational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care using the nursing process.
- Make nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Formulate care plans based on diagnoses.
- Implement and evaluate the plan of care.
