Nurse RN (Glenaire)
About The Position
This role is for a part-time RN with an every-other-weekend schedule. RNs provide care to residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional needs, enabling them to function at the highest possible level. Professional nurses lead the team that are the residents’ closest advocates in the household. The RN provides clinical care and also promotes the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, participating in care planning, helping plan and facilitate social activities along with simple daily pleasures, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and ensuring proper documentation.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of NC
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Positive outlook
- Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented
- Working independently and on a team
- Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
- Great communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents to help meet their daily needs (medical, physical, and emotional).
- Enable residents to function at the highest possible level.
