Nurse (RN or LPN)
About The Position
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for Nursing roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application. As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs. We accept applications on an ongoing basis to maintain an active candidate pipeline. This posting is intended to support future staffing needs, and immediate placement is not guaranteed. Candidates selected from this pool will be contacted as shifts become available.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MN
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior living preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Respond to resident needs and ensure comfort and safety
- Document care and communicate updates to the care team
- Support a calm, safe overnight environment for residents
