RN / LPN � Part-Time Walnut Hills | Greencroft Communities Walnut Creek, Ohio RN Pay: $35.80�$40.66/hour LPN Pay: $31.21�$35.45/hour Plus $1.50/hour Evening Shift Differential One Team. One Mission. Requirements
- Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing.
- Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the care team.
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care.
- A positive, professional, and respectful approach when working with residents, families, and coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
- Supervise and support CNAs as part of a collaborative care team.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Advocate for residents and help ensure they receive the dignity, respect, and quality care they deserve.
