About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN / LPN to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Scott City, KS community. This is the newest program in the state of Kansas set to open January 2027 with staff starting in November 2025! This position will have 2 direct reports and will be located in Scott City, Kansas, within an Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP) serving older adults, ages 65+. This is a salaried and benefit-eligible role with a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 8a-5p, with no call and no weekends. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults. Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Requirements

Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment.
At times, this may include drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
Growing and maintaining patient census
Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
Other duties as assigned
