About The Position
Our client, a health insurance company, is seeking a Nurse RN 3 for an El Dorado Hills, California or remote location. The role requires comprehensive inpatient clinical experience and prior experience with a health plan, IPA, or medical group in quality, case, or utilization management. Candidates should have previous clinical quality review experience, some behavioral health clinical experience, strong written and verbal presentation skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Nursing license required.
- 5–7 years of experience required.
- Comprehensive inpatient clinical experience.
- Previous health plan, IPA, or medical group experience in quality, case, or utilization management.
- Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills.
- Previous clinical quality review experience.
- Some behavioral health clinical experience.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- RN degree.
- MS Suite and current EMR experience.
- Unrestricted California RN license.
