About The Position
This program provides comprehensive extended nursing orientation based on current theories and concepts using evidenced-based practices. The Transitions Program was developed by expert competent professionals within Driscoll Children’s Hospital specifically for the novice nurse. Whether you are providing care to the neonate or to the adolescent, our program instructors and multidisciplinary professional staff are there to help build your pediatric nursing foundation in a supportive and structured environment. Requirements
- Must be graduating in August 2026 (or have graduated in the past year) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must submit complete application.
- BLS required upon hire (American Heart Association).
- RN license must be obtained prior to day 1 of Class (Didactic).
Nice To Haves
- GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred.
Responsibilities
