About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients and provides in-depth training from day one, including award-winning simulation labs. The program offers one-on-one patient care and flexible scheduling. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. Nurses will care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing exploration of different interests. The Hauppauge team offers exceptional 1:1 training by a seasoned Clinical Educator and a supportive management team.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
• Participate in in-depth paid training.
• Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
