About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Kensington location. Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The organization is dedicated to combating the opioid epidemic and guiding individuals toward recovery through a comprehensive outpatient approach. Crossroads operates clinics across multiple states, serving over 26,500 patients.

Requirements

  • Active and clear licensure in the state in which patient care will be provided.
  • DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling.
  • Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the field of substance abuse preferred.
  • Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.
  • Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
