Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Active Florida license.
- Current DEA registration.

- Strong clinical judgment focused on preventive and longitudinal care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to a team-based, patient-first care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings, with a focus on early intervention.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
- Use electronic health records (EHR) to document clinical encounters and track patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous care enhancement.
- Educate patients and families about disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
