About The Position

Mobile Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to provide primary care to patients in their homes and through telehealth. This role is ideal for new graduate NPs looking to build clinical confidence, develop patient relationships, and practice with the support of an experienced team. The position offers a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, with no nights, weekends, or major holidays, allowing for meaningful one-on-one patient interactions and the opportunity to manage one's own daily schedule. Experienced NPs are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active Florida APRN License
National Board Certification as one of the following: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain
Professional Liability Insurance
Valid Florida Driver's License
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments
Evaluate and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment and care plans
Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
Provide preventive care and health education
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
Participate in population health and quality initiatives
Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and caregivers
