Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their outpatient clinic in Washington, PA. Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• DEA licensure in the state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
• Perform injections.
