About The Position
Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to deliver compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities in the North Texas areas. Founded in 2021, Meridian Health Partners is a physician-led group serving seniors across the care continuum—skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and rehab. We’re growing quickly across the DFW area and prioritize both high-quality patient care and provider work-life balance.
Requirements
- Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
- 3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings
