About The Position

Matrix Medical Network is hiring a PRN Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home and Skilled Nursing Facility health assessments for adult and geriatric members. Compensation is based on completed assessments, with stated rates of $90–$115 per assessment depending on state of residence. Providers completing an average of 20–100 visits per month may earn $1,800–$11,500 per month. Matrix offers onboarding, a preceptor, individual feedback, and free access to continuing education. When business needs exist, it may support additional state licensure and credentialing. PRN providers may transition to full-time roles, which include a full-time sign-on bonus.
