About The Position

An established multidisciplinary practice in Morristown, New Jersey, is hiring either two part-time Nurse Practitioners working split days or one full-time Nurse Practitioner. The practice helps patients reduce pain, improve function, and explore conservative treatment options. The role involves patient evaluations, individualized treatment planning, injections, regenerative medicine protocols within the clinician’s scope, patient education, follow-up care, and clinical documentation. The practice provides training in joint and soft-tissue injection techniques as needed and offers physician oversight while working alongside chiropractic and physical rehabilitation providers. The practice has been operating for 20 years.

Requirements

Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
Strong commitment to conservative, patient-centered care.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Nice To Haves

Experience in orthopedics, pain management, sports medicine, or physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Joint or soft-tissue injection experience, especially ultrasound-guided; training is available.
Interest in regenerative medicine.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, examinations, and re-examinations.
Review medical histories and develop individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans.
Perform intra-articular joint and soft-tissue injections, with training provided as needed.
Deliver and support regenerative medicine treatment protocols within the scope of practice.
Educate patients about appropriate non-pharmaceutical and non-surgical treatment options.
Monitor patient progress, conduct follow-ups, and adjust care plans with the team.
Complete accurate and timely charting and clinical documentation.
