About The Position
The Virtua Center for Liver Disease provides comprehensive care for all types of liver disease, including hepatitis B and C, fatty liver disease, liver cancer, cirrhosis (scarring) and liver failure. Services Provided: Hepatitis B diagnosis and treatment Hepatitis C diagnosis and treatment Liver transplant evaluation Evaluation of acute, fulminant, and sub-fulminant liver failure Management of refractory ascites Treatment of autoimmune and cholestatic chronic liver disease Treatment of advanced stage hepatic encephalopathy Management of portal hypertension. Requirements

- Ability to float to all Virtua Center for Liver Disease offices
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for all types of liver disease, including hepatitis B and C, fatty liver disease, liver cancer, cirrhosis (scarring) and liver failure.
- Diagnose and treat Hepatitis B.
- Diagnose and treat Hepatitis C.
- Perform liver transplant evaluations.
- Evaluate acute, fulminant, and sub-fulminant liver failure.
- Manage refractory ascites.
- Treat autoimmune and cholestatic chronic liver disease.
- Treat advanced stage hepatic encephalopathy.
- Manage portal hypertension.
