About The Position

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This advanced practice provider will be focused on the well-being of Onsite employees and their beneficiaries on the south side with a homebase at University of Indianapolis (1643 E Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46060).

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as an advanced practice provider is required.
• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Indiana
• Family medicine certified

Responsibilities

• Float to South side Onsite Care Clinics as needed
• Routine check-ups and preventive care
• Diagnosis and treatment of illness or injury
• Managing chronic or complex health conditions
• Medication management
• Referral to specialists for more serious conditions
