About The Position

Marathon Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide relationship-based, whole-person primary care. Providers work autonomously and deliver prevention, chronic disease management, urgent care, routine wellness care, and health education. Care is designed around smaller patient panels and appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, with fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks. Success is measured by health outcomes rather than patient volume or billing. Providers have access to resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD at no charge to them or their patients.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.

Nice To Haves

• Independent practice provider experience, where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number; it may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits.
