About The Position
Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Southern Washington, in an Internal Medicine setting with a significant geriatric patient population. The role provides comprehensive medical care to adult and elderly patients, including evaluation and management of chronic pain conditions. The practice is on-site and offers a four-day workweek, starting pay of $140,000 (negotiable), and a benefits package. The location offers access to Vancouver and Portland.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure appropriate for practice in Washington State.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to an older adult population.
Nice To Haves

- Experience managing pain in older adults.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Provide ongoing primary care and management of chronic health concerns.
- Assess and treat pain-related conditions, particularly among older adult patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient health and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established standards of care.
